pirateygoodnessThree things I liked about Gossip Girl 3.11: The Thanksgiving One Where Serena Is Really Sad.
1. Nate Archibald: Sex Therapist. He is probably my favourite Nate of all the Nates, and I think Dan should totally help him start an advice column (because you know if Nate did it alone, it'd be in crayon) where he tells people what to do when they screw up their sex lives, but also gently mocks them and says "dude" a lot.And then lolll when Chace tried to sullenly sip angry scotch in his emo corner I died lolling.
2. DOROTA'S PARENTS ARE GOING TO START THE NEXT POLISH-SOVIET WAR <3 <3 <3 <3 <3. I am actually disproportionately happy for them, omggggggggggg.
3. LOLLL BLAIR AND SERENA WERE GOING TO RUN OFF TO PARIS TO REKINDLE THEIR RELATIONSHIP. I LOVE THIS SHOW.
In all seriousness, I kind of like the Serena/Tripp storyline? Like, it's all going to end in tears, but I like that they're making it into this emotionally complex, morally ambiguous thing (unlike oh, IDK, Grey's Anatomy). And also like - Serena just wants a hug from a very nice older man who will never be mean to her, okay? That's all she wants, always. SHE HAS DADDY ISSUES, IDK IF THE SHOW HAS MENTIONED THESE BEFORE?
Oh, and also Blake's hair. It is always a crazy work of art, but this week especially - did you guys see it from the back? Goodness gracious.
Oh oh, and ALSO, apropos of my last very important entry, TEAM HIPPOGRIFF CAN SUCK IT. TEAM DRAGON: TOTALLY WINNING.
