So, um. In putting together my Lost Girl posts, it's possible that I now have like 234502398 caps of pretty, pretty scenes, and I kind of want to share them all with you. I'm thinking of doing this one of two ways: either doing a series of shorter picspams, by episode (there are three that I capped pretty heavily), or doing one enormous post where I just throw allll the pictures at you and go :D?

I cannot decide which is less obnoxious, and therefore: a poll.

Guys, I just had this thought. This totally awesome thought. I really love Christmas/other religious holidays/the all-inclusive, non-offensive Snowflake Day gift exchanges. Like, really a lot. There's always SO MANY STORIES and they're FUN, etc etc etc. But I've sort of dropped out of RPF, so I can't do

prettylightsfic this year, and there aren't any fandom-specific ones that appeal to me right now.

BUT THEN I HAD THIS THOUGHT. Guys, what if there was like, a Sexy Lady Cops ficathon. It'd be for fandoms featuring Sexy Lady Cops (Bones, Castle, Fringe, Warehouse 13. . .maybe others that I'm missing because I don't watch them) and you'd get to request fic where they are Sexy GAY Lady Cops. IT'D BE AWESOME.

God, this week is not long enough. I thought I had four days to organize my life, but it feels more like two. It's summer, isn't that time when you're not supposed to have any responsibilities and you can sit around in your pyjamas playing video games until noon? I feel as though I have been lied to.

Anyway. A few things, briefly:

+ I am really really enjoying playing Dragon Age: Origins, and would like to maybe beat it? However oh my GOD, the hours upon hours of listening to voice acting. It feels like an eternity every time I have to pump someone for information, which is MOST OF THE GAME, and UGH I JUST WANT TO KILL DEMON BEARS ETC. I also want to figure out if I can make my (female) character hook up with the sullen swamp witch.

+ Olivia Dunham Olivia Dunham Olivia Dunham. Like, just in case you guys forgot that she's my new TV girlfriend.

+ Unrelatedly, I was thinking that there should probably be, like. An actual femslash comm for Fringe. Maybe.

Oh man, I am having such nostalgia for old movies, you guys. And by "old" I mean "from 2000." I was running some errands today, and suddenly Clare Kramer shouting, "big, dykey, LOSER" popped into my head, and then I was like, "OH MAN WHAT MOVIE IS THAT FROM," and that's when I realized that I haven't watched Bring It On in like, years. Years, you guys. Do you know how many times I watched that movie on VHS?

Also, I maaaay have written something for the Porn Battle. But it might suck. BUT I WROTE IT ANYWAY, so there you go. Expect it soon, I want to try and post before Wednesday if I can.

austen is organizing something called

apocabigbang, which is for fic greater than 10,000 words that focuses on the apocalypse. I. . .have honestly had so much fun working on my stories for the past two bigbang challenges I've signed up for (one of which has yet to be posted, but OCTOBER 27TH KIDS, MARK YOUR CALENDARS), and I'm sort of a little bit hooked.

Also, you may have noticed that I am in love with lulzy AUs, especially if I can get Blake Lively into men's clothing, and COME ON NOW, WHEN IS A BETTER TIME TO DRESS IN DRAG THAN THE APOCALYPSE.
