LOL so for various ~reasons, I was rewatching this episode, and I ended up accidentally making a ton of caps and I had photoshop open ANYWAY so I figured, what the hell. If you were considering watching LotS and had not yet made up your mind either way, maybe look at this because if I am going down, I am dragging you all with me.

A Legend of the Seeker 2.03 Picspam

PRETTY LADY #1: KAHLAN. She has magic powers. Here she is, staring at this random dude who happens to be the main character. She thinks he's pretty dreamy, for reasons I honestly cannot fathom, because he's dumb as a rock. But I like when she stares at him, so.



PRETTY LADY #2: CARA. She has a magic stick sex toy THING that she can use to torture people. She likes to run around in leather. She is, in fact, part of a mystical group of ladies who run around in leather, torturing people. (I know that sounds like I'm exaggerating for comedy, but in fact I am not.) In this episode, for various reasons, she decided to put on a pretty dress and felt weird, because she is more comfortable in her leather catsuit.



. . .oh, also the townspeople captured her and beat her up, because they were afraid she might torture them. That's why her dress is all dirty and she has messy hair.

Anyway, HERE WE COME TO THE FIRST OF TWO CAPS THAT ARE SIZE: LARGE, BECAUSE THEY ARE SO PRETTY. And, okay, this picture is mostly here because omgggg, her frecklesssssss, and also omggg, her face. I DIE.



So anyway, then the townspeople were like HI KAHLAN, COULD YOU USE YOUR MAGIC TO SLAY THIS CHICK FOR US? And she was all for it, because she is not a fan of how Cara tortures people, but the main dude was all WAIT, I AM LIKE 90% SURE SHE HAS A HEART OF GOLD, HOW ABOUT A TRIAL SO I CAN PROVE THAT SHE FEELS RLY BAD ABOUT ALL THAT TORTURE.



She feels, like, super bad about it.




ANYWAY Kahlan is like LOOK I CAN SEE IT REFLECTED IN HER EYES, SHE HAS A ~HEART OF GOLD. PLZ DON'T SLAY HER. The townspeople disagree and there is a swordfight, no joke.



(Really I just included the third picture in that set because I couldn't deal with how pretty her face is, it does nothing to advance this picspam's ~very serious~ summary of the story. LOOK YOU GUYS. ISN'T SHE PRETTY?)

AFTERWARD, Cara puts her leather back on, because she looks hotter in it it suits her better, and then she checks Kahlan out. Kahlan still doesn't trust her, but they agree to start fooling around work together.
