I started Once Upon A Time, and although there is still a snobby part of me that is pointedly bitter because ALICE IN WONDERLAND IS NOT A FAIRY TALE, NOR IS PETER PAN, THEY ARE JUST OLD BOOKS DISNEY BOUGHT THE FILM RIGHTS TO, MY DELICATE SENSIBILITIES, uh. I watched the whole series and FINE I see the appeal.
I think I watched it wrong, though? Because my sense is that everyone is all about Emma/Regina, but all I noticed was Emma/Snow, which yes technically Snow is Emma's mom, but still. Also possibly my favourite characters ever are Granny and Grumpy.
Also Red/every girl ever, because RUBY, CRANKY PLAID-WEARING WAITRESS OF MY SOUL, but especially Red/Belle. Is that a thing? Is there fanfiction of that? :D?
