pirateygoodnessThoughts I Have Thought About Comic Books Lately
- Batwoman. I just want to say the name of this book over and over again until everyone in the universe understands how good it is. I am a few issues behind, so I read 3-5 all at once, and just. PRETTY. THE WHOLE FIRST HALF OF ISSUE FOUR, and I know, you're rolling your eyes all "of course you are waxing lyrical about gay sex, J," but honestly, I did not think it was possible to do what that issue did, in comic form, without it seeming tawdry and gross. BUT THIS WAS LEGITIMATELY SEXY AND TRAGIC AND TASTEFUL AND THE WOMEN WERE ANATOMICALLY PLAUSIBLE AND I JUST. EYEHEARTS.
(That said: I still don't like Maggie Sawyer. WHERE IS RENEE. I PLAN TO SULK UNTIL SOMEONE AT DC EXPLAINS THIS TO ME.)
- I am still a couple issues behind on everything else, which is sad, but someday I will catch up. I believe in me.
Thoughts I Have About Lost Girl
- Okay really I just wanted an excuse to link to this interview excerpt, in which Anna Silk confirms that there is "definitely" more Bo and Lauren coming up, and my little heart grows three sizes.
- Related to my thoughts on the matter, I have written some fic.

Thoughts I Have About Warehouse 13
- I have finally reached a point where I am emotionally ready to rewatch Season 3. It is giving me a lot of emotions, but I think - and I am only up to "The 40th Floor" - that watching it while knowing that This Season Will Have An Arc and where the arc is going is actually making me appreciate the non-Joanne-Kelly's-face-related parts of it a lot more.
